Processing Time

• Lead Time for Stock-on-Hand
  All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  
• Lead Time for Out-of-Stock Items
  If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, please allow 10–14 days for production and dispatch. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is on its way.

• Regional/Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days.
