We deliver nationwide via trusted couriers.
Delivery times may vary depending on location; once shipped, tracking details will be provided.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fionndesigns.co.za with photos and your order number.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging for consideration.
7. Personalisation & Custom Orders
All personalised orders (engraving, logos, custom messages, etc.) are final sale.
Please ensure spelling, design, and details are correct before confirming.
We are not responsible for customer errors in submitted designs or text.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and branding on this website are the property of Fionn Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
